I was using a freeze tonight and a lot of people were impressed with the reaction of the ball. Many of them said they were going to get one. Got my Total Bedlam and drilled it with a 5 1/2 pin under my middle finger with the mass bias at 60 degrees. I put a some factory finish polish and shot 300 the first game ever in league with it. Good news! I just finished bowling a tournament in Joliet, Ill., and am proud to say I finished 1st. The tournament format was an 8-game marathon bowled on a modified Sport pattern. I recently competed in the 2009 Australian Masters at AMF Mt Gravatt Lanes. It was a best of 5 elimination format. In my 1st round match, I rolled my 22nd 300 in the 2nd game with my Columbia Rival. I went on to win the match and continued winning to make the final. I went down 3-1 after leading 1-0 in the final. I used the Rival and the Jazz. I have been using a Columbia 300 Pro Hook Extreme ever since they came out. I have rolled 18 300 games and 5 800 series with this ball. I have tried other balls but always go back to the Pro Hook. It was city tournament in Roseburg Oregon this year and as i got to the tenth frame i started to think to myself i can do this ive already gotten this far. Now I was up for my 12th shot i took a look down the approaches and everyone was standing back. I threw my ball and it was prbably the best one i threw in that game. It struck and i dropped to my knees in amazement. I was so thrilled. I was using a 15lb columbia 300 powerdrive pearl. I went on to shoot 300, 234, 246.

Just last night I won my second consecutive PBA Experience League using primarily my Columbia 300 Momentum Swing. The Swing is such a smooth ball that it was able to blend out any pattern that I encountered including the U.S. Open pattern that I was able to shoot 466 for 2 games on last night to lock up the win. Zach had a wonderful experience with People to People, Bowling for Team USA, seeing small parts of Austria, and meeting and competing with kids from different countries. There were 23 nations represented at the event, but I'm not sure how many participated in bowling. Zach ended up finishing 22nd overall and 5th in Team USA.
