Each product Columbia 300 distributes comes with a year warranty from the date of purchase. In the event of a warranty issue claims are handled by the place of purchase. If the Pro Shop has a problem they cannot solve they can contact Columbia 300, and a customer service representative will work with them. The warranty is printed on each box.
Columbia 300 does not set retail prices that is left up to the individual pro shops. We recommend that you contact an Elite Pro Shop in your area to compare prices and services.
Columbia 300 and its parent company Ebonite International support a channel of distribution where the manufacturer offers its products to the Distributor, who then offers the products to retail outlets who, in turn, offer the products to the end user. You can not order directly from Columbia 300 but if you want to give us a call at 800-531-5920 we will point you in the right direction.
Today’s high performance reactive urethane and particle balls require more maintenance than past generations of rubber, polyester, and urethane. In the link provided below you will find guidelines and suggestions for ball maintenance. Balls should also not be subjected to heat. Leaving balls in the car or trunk during hot summer hours can lead to cracking and core separations.
