The Impulse Solid’s big, continuous hook is enough to get your heart pounding. The Reflex Solid coverstock combined with the Impulse core will give plenty of traction in oil without over hooking off the dry or losing continuation on the back end of the lane. When looking for a ball that hooks more in oil than the original Impulse, the Impulse Solid doesn't skip a beat.

Excellent ball. I use this as my benchmark ball. I get a lot of comments on it. People tell me I gotta upgrade my equipment, but I bought the ball in 2018. People often get it confused with the "Pulse". If you're looking for a strong benchmark ball that won't overreact or under-react on a fresh medium length pattern, this is a good ball. Sand down to 2000 grit every 6-9 games.
