Columbia 300 – COMMAND SOLID

Columbia has introduced the Command Solid on the heels of it’s earlier release of the Command (pearl). The Command Solid has the same A.R.S. Coverstock as the original Command except that this piece is not hit with the factory compound but with 1500 Siaair Micro Pad. They both also have the same Movement asymmetrical core providing for versatility and power.

As with the original Command, the Solid’s cover is very acceptable to adjustments. Due to my lower ball speed, I had to take the cover up with a 3000 Siaair pad to help get the ball down the lane. That, along with the lane shine and keeping it clean, the Command Solid goes wherever I think I will hit heavier oil.

Using the Command Solid on the fresh and then following it with the Command pearl, you will have one of the best arsenal’s at your disposal.

Another Asymmetrical ball sent out by Columbia! This one is much more versatile than the Authority Solid. The Command Solid has a smooth mid lane reaction with more continuation in comparison to the Authority Solid. In my opinion the Command line is an excellent line in general.

Smooth and continuous

If you liked the Command Pearl, you will love the solid! You are able to get left with this ball, without it losing energy. This is the ball I first go to in league as well as fresh medium to heavier oil patterns. This is definitely stronger than the pearl but it still allows you to control the pattern without over-hooking. It has a very smooth, continuous motion.

Take Command

If your looking for hook and continuation look no further. The Command Solid is that ball. The Command has that much energy still at the end of the pattern that it just drives right through the pins. Even when I moved deep inside it never lost it power before hitting the pins I was amazed. This is one if the best strong balls from C300 that I have used in a couple of years. This ball will have a spot in my bag for sometime.

One of the Best !!

I must say this is one of the Best Columbia Balls I have thrown in recent years. The Command Solid with Surface is still continuous in oil.. Ball has not burned out on me at all. I hit with 3K to take some of the surface off and the command solid went a tad longer but still continues thru the pins. If you have not tried the command series what are you waiting for.
