Cuda PowerCOR Pearl

Overview

Cuda PowerCOR was a great addition to the Columbia 300 line last season; the throwback name and updated technology resonated with bowlers and has been a success. We’re excited to follow up the Cuda PowerCOR solid with the Cuda PowerCOR Pearl. The pearl version allowed us to apply HK22 technology in a shiny version to a strong symmetric core in the Columbia 300 line, something bowlers have been asking for. This version of HK22 uses ERT Pearl additives for ideal length and lots of kick on the backend.

Cuda Pearl - Various House patterns and Sport Patterns

The Cuda Pearl might be one of my favorite rolling pieces in the pearl line. I can hit it with a pad or let it lane polish the drive and reaction is still true. I will say if the polish is too high like that glass polish it can skid a little to far depending what you are playing on. Their aren’t to many pearl pieces that will get through the volume up front, then stand up once it encounters friction as well as go through the pins. Playing straighter, little loop, or big loop I am impressed with the way the Cuda Pearl reacts and finishes through the pins. I can compare the Cuda Pearl to the Stealth Pearl as far as reaction however, I think the Cuda Pearl gets through the pins better then the Stealth Pearl. Don’t get me wrong I like both, feel free to check out my Stealth Pearl review. If you are looking for a reliable pearl that isn’t to snappy or to early the Cuda Pearl might be what you are looking for.

Other great ball!!

I drilled this ball pin up. Great angular motion thought the pins. Love the way it rolls though the pins! Great compliment to the Cuda. Don't miss out on this ball!!

Columbia 300 – Cuda PowerCOR Pearl
Of all the recent releases, this is one of my favorites. Having loved the properties of the Cuda PowerCOR from last season, this was basically a no-brainer.

I laid this ball out with a 75 x 4.5 x 35 and basically travel with me everywhere. The shininess of the pearl with the HK22 in a ball with a symmetric core just fits where I like to play the lane and gives me that punch through the pins. Keeping up with cleaning after use, my Cuda-pearl has maintained its out-of-box look and productivity.

Anyone looking for a pearl that can be thrown virtually anywhere on typical house patterns, the Cuda PowerCOR Pearl is for you.

Two 800's in 3 weeks

This ball is an absolute house shot killer. 846 and 805 series with it in the past 3 weeks. Mine is drilled 60x5x45. Great lenght with a strong arc and incredible continuation.

Jumping OverBoard!

Great ball, awesome flare and movement with great continuation. Had the original and needed to get the re-release since I loved the og so much and couldn't be happier. Great compliment to my re-release 3d offset when I need just a little more length to get through the heads.
