I am a rev-dominant player with around 400rpm at 17mph. The Dynamic Swing Pearl for me is the perfect ball to move deeper on the lane when the Chaos Black, Spoiler and Eruption Pearl are not taking out the corners. I have used this ball with success moving deeper at most the houses I bowl in. The only ball I have that is stronger than the Dynamic Swing Pearl when playing deeper is the Authority. I usually only pull out the Authority on longer sport-type patterns. To be fair, I have not tried the Dynamic Swing Pearl on a sport pattern yet. I am bowling in the Illinois Masters tournament in April (bowled on the USBC Masters Pattern), so I'm curious to see how it does there.
The Dynamic Swing Pearl is an amazing ball! With my lower rev rate, I normally struggle when looking for a ball that allows me to move left and have just enough response at the end of the pattern to carry. This ball provides just that and the confidence that when the lanes transition I have a go-to ball!
I drilled mine pine up, this allows me to play inside or outside depending on the condition. I love the way it looks going down lane and when it hits 10 back for sure baby!! Everyone needs this ball i their arsenal!! C300!!
Wow. This Has to be one of the best pearl balls Columbia has ever made. I’ve only used it a few times since I drilled it and man this ball is really good. It easily gets through the front of the lane with no problem whatsoever no early hook and stores tons of energy on the backend. I was able to miss in I be able to miss Right this ball is very forgiving. Add dynamic core to this ball and you get to watch the pins fly.
The Dynamic Swing Pearl is quickly becoming one of my favorite balls in the bag. For me it's not a traditional shape I see out of a asymmetrical pearl. Asymmetrical pearls tend to read the lane and still jump of the end of the pattern for me. However, The Dynamic Swing Pearl just rolls of of the friction, giving me a cleaner ball through the front part of the lane (Pearl characteristic) while still giving me the predictability off the back end which we usually see out of something solid.
